If the Indian team reaches the semi-finals or the final, those matches will be held in Dubai. If India does not reach the final, the final will be held in Lahore.
This development has paved the way for the release of the Champions Trophy tournament schedule. Pakistan will host about 9-10 matches. There are chances that the Pakistan team will play only at neutral venues during the Champions Trophy to be held in India in 2027. The hybrid model of organizing the tournament has brought a new way. The Indian team will attend the Champions Trophy in accordance with its national policies and there are opinions that this method will continue in the next mega tournaments as well.
