Narendra Modi conferred with Kuwait’s ‘Order of Mubarak Al Kabir’
The Order of Mubarak Al Kabir is a knighthood order of Kuwait. It is awarded to heads of state, foreign sovereigns, and members of foreign royal families as a sign of friendship.
It has previously been awarded to foreign leaders like Bill Clinton, Prince Charles and George Bush. Last month, Prime Minister Modi was honoured with Guyana’s highest national award, ‘The Order of Excellence’, during his visit to the country.
“I express my heartfelt gratitude to my friend President Irfan Ali for conferring on me Guyana’s highest award. This is a direct testament to your deep commitment to our relations, which inspires us to move forward in every field,” Prime Minister Modi said.
