Former US President Jimmy Carter Passes Away

The 39th president of the superpower America, Jimmy Carter, is no more. He was undergoing treatment for some health problems and passed away at the age of 100 in Plains, Georgia. Upon hearing the news of his death, the US government and people expressed their condolences.

Former US President Jimmy Carter was a great humanitarian. He made great efforts to solve many problems of mankind in resolving international conflicts. For this achievement, he was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2002. The White House later acknowledged his death. Meanwhile, Trump is scheduled to be inaugurated for the second time as the 47th President of the United States on the 20th of this month.
